Product Update - Release 101
We're constantly building features to improve our warehouse management system and transport managements system, a lot of this new functionality is built from our current users providing feedback on what tools will make their lives easier. Automation Report
The automation report allows Users to quickly check the level of data entry automation within their account and identify who is spending the most time manually entering in orders. This gives operators complete visibility on how they can further automate orders coming into CartonCloud.
Parsing Log Improvements
This release we’ve made it easier to understand what happens when parsing a file into CartonCloud. With email, web-upload and now FTP and API parsing logs, it now gives users a simple interface to troubleshoot parser errors or wanting to double check if a file went through successfully. This simple interface will cut down time for users contacting support as they’ll be able to understand what went wrong, download the original file and amend the file to try again.
Drag & Drop Documents
Our goal here at CartonCloud is to save users time and with this update we’ve made a cool little feature to improve the user experience. Within the consignments details screen users would usually have to manually upload files to the consignment. Now with our new drag and drop feature users can just select the files they want and drag them onto the consignments details screen and CartonCloud will automatically upload the documents saving users precious time.
Explain Button
Making things simple is a key driver for our team here at CartonCloud. This update we’ve made it easier for users to check charges within sales orders. Within the charges screen users can now click the explain button to give them more information about what has been charged. This simple feature will save users time and offer complete transparency in how the charges are calculated making it quicker for users to explain to customers what has been charged.
Operational Grouping of Consignments
Consignment grouping is great when you have multiple deliveries going to the one delivery address, it’s straight forward to allocate to a run. This feature saves users time in allocations and with electronic proof of deliveries, instead of getting multiple consignments signed for or allocated, you only need one. Grouping of Consignments for Invoices
This feature saves time for users who take care of invoicing, it gives them the flexibility to make grouped consignments charge automatically when it comes time to invoicing. This gives users the confidence discounted charges are allocated for sliding scale charges. Watch the video below to see how to turn it on.
